Please read the terms and conditions below, the deposit payment acknowledges and confirms your agreement to these terms. 

Payments

1. A £100 deposit/booking fee is required in order to secure your date. Bookings are not secured until the deposit has been paid. 

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Payments are made via bank transfer only.
• The deposit is deducted from the overall final balance, which will be due one month before the wedding.

 
Travel

• Travel expenses will be calculated at £1 per mile based on a return journey. Any venue/destination that is over 1.5-2hrs travel time, or requires a pre-6.30am leave, will require overnight accommodation for the night before the wedding. Any further charges incurred such as parking/congestion fees will be applied to the final balance or invoiced after the wedding date.
• Unless otherwise advised, the booking is based upon getting ready at a single
location only. If there needs to be a change of location (on or off site), this will incur an additional fee (hourly rate of £50) for packing up the makeup kit and un-packing at a different location (30mins minimum needed excluding any travel time). Normal travel charges will also apply.
• By securing a booking you are giving consent to any photos/videos being used on
either my website or social media channels. This can include the use of images taken by a professional photographer. If you would prefer for this not to be used, please confirm at the time of booking.

Changing your booking

• Changing the original booking by adding on another service will need prior notice and can only be accepted if time will allow this. 
• If you wish to reduce or cancel your booking services after the final balance has been paid, no refund is due. 
• If you wish to cancel your booking 6 or more weeks prior to the wedding date, the  booking fee/deposit and trial fee are non-refundable, but no further costs would be required/owed.

If I need to cancel

• In the unlikely event that I must cancel your booking, all payments will be immediately refunded and I will work with you on your behalf to find an alternative reputable artist. However, any such booking will remain solely the responsibility of yourself.

Trials 

• In the unlikely event you wish to cancel after the trial has taken place, the £100 trial fee remains payable to cover the cost of the trial service held.
• Please allow up to 2 hours for your trial.
• Trials can sometimes be offered as a mobile service, so travel charges may apply depending on your location.

Privacy Statement and Data Protection

Any information held is solely used for the purposes of carrying out makeup on the clients wedding day/event. This information will not be shared with any other organisation or third party.
